We’re Hiring: MBA Product Marketing Project For Academic Credit (Spring 2021)

We are looking to bring on a Current MBA Student for Product Marketing Project for 2-3 months in January 2021. This can be done as an independent study, for course credit, or in place of a consulting project for your school.

MBASchooled is a community and media platform dedicated to educating MBA applicants, students, and graduates throughout their educational and professional careers. At MBASchooled, we offer insightful analysis on all aspects of the MBA experience, including admissions, academics, student life, and recruiting.

Our mission is to provide MBA-aspirants, students, and alum with the right data and information to help them make career decisions. Through sharing the stories and insights collected on the front lines from current and former MBA students, we strive to be the go to source for all-things MBA. We are excited to bring on an MBA Product Marketing Intern for the Spring of 2021 to help define new training programs and offerings for MBA students.

Scope
MBASchooled is looking to bring on a MBA Product Marketing Intern to help define product offerings and develop the go-to-market plan and strategy for rolling out these offerings in the Spring of 2021.
The following are some examples of the project scope:

  • Audience Insights – Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to understand audience challenges and pain points
  • Product Development – Partner with MBASchooled to develop products, identify use cases for trainings and workshops and develop features/benefits for offerings
  • Pricing and Packaging – Conduct research and analysis to determine pricing and packaging recommendations
  • Go-To-Market – Develop a go-to-market plan for putting new offerings in the market complete with segmentation, channel activation, and executable strategy
  • Business Development – Develop strategy for partnerships and selling motion

Characteristics or Past Experience

  • Previous internship experience in marketing, product marketing, or consulting
  • Aptitude and interest in product marketing, higher education, and learning and development
  • Ability to be a self-starter and operate independently
