Five years ago, I started this blog because during my time in business school at UNC Kenan-Flagler, I often wondered what other MBA students were doing, and what I could learn from what they were doing in hopes of helping me make the most of my own MBA Experience. Since then, I’ve written hundreds of posts, and interviewed hundreds of students about their MBA experience, and have been fortunate to share those learnings with thousands of MBA aspirants, students, and alum. By sharing these stories, I hoped it would be a chance for others to learn from the lessons and insights from these students, so my readers could identify how to make the most of their own time in business school.
A few months ago, with the encouragement of friends, family, and mentors, I decided that I was going to write a book about the MBA Experience, and taking from a lot of the insights and lessons that I learned through writing the blog, put a book out there that helps people understand how they can make the most of their MBA experience. While I still have more work to do on the book, I’m excited to say that I have a draft, and I will self-publish this book this fall! The working title of the book is: Inside The MBA: A Guide to Maximizing Your MBA Experience
To that end, I am going to be releasing the first few chapters of the book to a small audience. The purpose of this is to obtain feedback so that when I do launch the book, it resonates with my readers. With that, if you are a reader of my blog, I’d love to invite you to be one of those members who reads an early draft of the book and provides feedback.
Action: If you are interested in reading a draft of my book and providing your feedback, please sign up below. I will send you a copy of the draft, and would love to hear what you think.
This is truly a labor of love and a passion project, so I appreciate your support and feedback. As always, if you have questions, don’t hesitate to reach out.
